Ingredients for Carrot Cake
160g Cake Flour
3/4 tsp Baking Soda
3/4 tsp Baking Powder

75g Butter
150g Cream Cheese
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
30g Icing Sugar
150g Cream Cheese
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Methods for baking a Carrot Cake:
Preheat oven at 180C.
Sift cake flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon into a bowl.
In another bowl, mix eggs, sugar, salt, vegetable oil and vanilla extract.
Fold half flour mixture into egg mixture. Repeat.
Add carrots and pineapple. Fold the mixture.
Pour the cake batter into a 7" cake mould.
Bake at 180C for 30 minutes.

Add cream cheese. Mix with butter until it is incorporated.

Put cream cheese frosting into piping bag for cake decorating.
