Butter Cookies

 Ingredients for Butter Cookies

Butter    75g

Icing sugar    25g

Flour    80g

Methods

Mix butter and icing sugar until well blended.

Fold flour until well blended.

Scrap cookie mixture into a piping bag, and pipe your favourite cookie shape.

Place your cookie dough into freezer for about 20 - 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 180C.

Bake cookie dough for 12 minutes. Turn off the oven. Rest your cookie dough in hot oven for another 8 minutes, or until your cookies are ready.
