Ingredients for White Chocolate Yogurt Cake
Butter 50g
Sugar 50g
Egg White 150g
Vanilla Extract 5ml
White Chocolate 110g
Plain Yogurt 150g
Flour 175g
Baking Powder 5.5g
Methods
Line cake pan with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 170C.
Melt white chocolate over hot water bath, and cool until 30C. Set aside.
Mix vanilla extract and yogurt. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix butter and sugar until well blended. Add egg white until well blended.
Sieve and fold HALF potion of flour and baking powder to egg white mixture.
Add melted white chocolate to egg white mixture, mix until well blended.
Sieve and fold all remaining flour and baking powder to egg white mixture.
Add yogurt to egg white mixture, mix until well blended.
Pour the cake mixture into cake pan. Bake at 170C for 20 minutes, then lower temperature to 160 and bake for another 10 minutes,
